• Owls clinch No. 1 seed with win over Marshall by virtue of tie-breaker with Southern Miss based on a 2-1 series win. Rice can clinch the outright title with a win Saturday and a Southern Miss loss to Houston.
Southern Miss
• Clinches No. 1 seed with win over Houston on Saturday along with a Rice loss to Marshall. The Golden Eagles would be outright champions with a 15-9 league record.
If both Rice and Southern Miss lose there are two different five-way ties at 14-10.
1. Five-way tie with Rice, Southern Miss, Houston, Memphis and East Carolina.
In this scenario, based on head-to-head play among the five tied teams, Houston is the No. 1 seed, Rice is the No. 2 seed, East Carolina is the No. 3 seed, Memphis is the No. 4 seed and Southern Miss is the No. 5 seed. With a loss at East Carolina, UCF would drop to the No. 6 seed with a 13-11 conference record.
2. Five-way tie with Rice, Southern Miss, Houston, Memphis ad UCF
In this scenario, based on head-to-head play among the five tied teams, Memphis is the No. 1 seed, UCF is the No. 2 seed, Rice is the No. 3 seed, Houston is the No. 4 seed and Southern Miss is the No. 5 seed. With a loss to UCF, East Carolina would drop to the No. 6 seed with a 13-11 conference record.

• The Green Wave has clinched the No. 7 seed.
UAB
• Clinches the No. 8 seed with win against Tulane or Marshall loss at Rice
Marshall
• Clinches the No. 8 seed with win against Rice and a UAB loss at Tulane
